Jennifer Carlisle is Co-Founder and COO of Data Driven Partners LLC, where she joins forces with Mallory Van Dover in driving the company's success. Prior to her role at Data Driven Partners, Jennifer held the position of Executive Vice President at the CARTI Foundation. From 2006 to 2017, she served as Vice President of the Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation. Jennifer's career in the nonprofit sector began in 2000 when she became the Director of Planned Giving for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before transitioning to the nonprofit field, Jennifer practiced law at Wolff Law Firm, P.A., and Hyden, Miron & Foster. She also gained valuable experience at Pulaski Mortgage Company and Pulaski Bank & Trust.

Having grown up in North Little Rock, Jennifer completed her education at Northeast High School before attending Hendrix College in Conway. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business, specializing in Accounting. Jennifer went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in March 1998.

Jennifer's commitment to service extends beyond her professional endeavors. With over 21 years of dedicated service, she retired as a Major for the 189th Airlift Wing of the Arkansas Air National Guard in 2011. Jennifer has held esteemed positions such as Past President of the NCPG Arkansas Council Board of Directors and Secretary of the Leave A Legacy™ Arkansas Executive Committee. She is also an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association, National Guard Association of Arkansas, and National Guard Association of the United States.

Currently residing in Maumelle with her husband, Eddie, Jennifer is the proud parent of two children and two dogs. As their children prepare to leave the nest, she and her husband are embarking on a new chapter of their lives.
