The Venture Center today announced a new date for its inaugural fintech conference that will feature many of the banking industry’s biggest influencers. Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, event organizers moved the inaugural event to the new August 15 – 17 dates in Little Rock, Arkansas.

“Merling’s experience innovating and transforming companies such as Ford, AT&T, and now Arvest, as well as her transformation role at Google Cloud, makes her an invaluable addition to a lineup of experts we’re all eager to learn from,” said Wayne Miller, executive director of The Venture Center.

Ron Shevlin, fintech expert and senior Forbes contributor, will headline the speaker lineup for the first ever VenCent Fintech Summit this April 11-13 in Little Rock. Hosted by The Venture Center, home of the award-winning FIS Fintech Accelerator and the ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator, the inaugural VenCent event will offer exclusive opportunities for innovation and networking between banks and financial services providers.

To continue building on the digital revolution’s explosive momentum, the globally recognized producers of fintech accelerators, The Venture Center, today officially launched VenCent, a new fintech summit tailored to foster innovation for banks and financial services providers. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, The Venture Center produces the award winning FIS Fintech and ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerators. Attendance registration for financial services industry leaders is now open.
