Speaker's Profile

With over 20 years of banking experience, David has held positions with BB&T, Deloitte, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and Volvo Finance, both in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to executing billions of dollars in debt transactions, David has advised on M&A for both corporate and private equity sponsors.

These experiences led him to create a software platform that solves some of the most pervasive challenges in banking. 

David graduated from Wake Forest University with a dual BS in Business and German, and he holds an MBA from Oxford University. A member of the CFA Society of Colorado, David has also served on the boards of several nonprofits, including leadership positions with Red Rocks Credit Union, Rotary Club of Nashville, and the Manatee County Economic Development Corporation.
