Speaker's Profile

Joe Ehrhardt is the CEO and founder of Teslar Software, a provider of configurable lending process automation tools that help community financial institutions thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace. In his role as CEO, Joe shapes the company’s strategic vision, oversees team and company culture, and ensures team members have access to the resources they need to effectively serve Teslar’s client base.  

Joe began his career as a teller at a local community bank at the age of seventeen and now has over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry. He was inspired by the impact community institutions have on local consumers and small businesses, which ultimately led to him creating Teslar to empower community bankers with tools they need to grow with efficiency and confidence.  

Outside of Teslar Software, Joe is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.
