Speaker's Profile

Nick Welch, Sales Associate at LeapXL, joined the team in 2022. His focus is on marketing and selling the LeapXL product line in the BFSI sector.  Before joining LeapXL, Nick worked at Dillard’s Inc. as a Corporate Digital Production Associate where he was responsible for marketing products digitally.  He honed his skills before that with Aflac Insurance and Inuvo Inc.  

Nick was born and raised in Little Rock and graduated with honors from Arkansas State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship.  He cares about giving back to the community and has volunteered with Our House, Camp Aldersgate, Ronald McDonald House and Miracle League Baseball Program for Children with Disabilities.

Nick has always been a huge sports fan, particularly baseball and football. Over the past few years, he has taken up golf.  He loves to cook, enjoys nature, and plays with his dog, Sunny.
